Its not a condiment, its a lifestyle...

While traveling the coastal and altiplano regions of Peru and Bolivia, I tried for the first time what would become a lifelong obsession, Aji. A piquant blend of herbs, citrus and chilies, this versatile hot sauce lends itself to a multitude of possibilities. With my lessons from South America in mind, we’ve developed several Aji’s to not only accompany, but compliment, a wide variety of soups.

The depth of flavor our Aji’s add would surprise even the greatest of skeptics. But we’ll let them speak for themselves....

For 1 cup of soup, add 1/4 cup water and 1/4 cup cooked long-grain rice. After heating, add 1/2 tablespoon of Aji and stir thoroughly.
